Introduction to Programming XML and Related Technologies (XM341)
IACET credits 3.6
If you are a Java developer with a desire to learn the concepts and practice of using Extensible Markup Language (XML), its related technologies, and industry standard Java toolkits for XML in the context of building e-business applications, this is the course for you.
Gain an understanding of XML fundamentals, theoretical and practical knowledge of the concepts that are required to work with XML, and experience working with XML in Java. Build the basic skills that enable architects, designers, and developers to use XML and its related technologies in the context of building e-business applications. Reinforce the lecture material with hands-on lab exercises.
Beginning with all classes starting on April 28, 2003 the hands-on classroom lab exercises will no longer use WebSphere Studio Application Developer Version 4. They will be using WebSphere Studio Application Developer Version 5.
