| How do I pay for a class? |
|
| You can pay at the time of registration using credit card (Mastercard/Visa/American Express) cheque or PO. |

| When does class start/end? |
|
| Classes begin promptly at 9:00 am, and typically end at 5:00 pm. |
| |
|
| Lunch is normally an hour long and begins at noon. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are available all day in the kitchen. Fruit, muffins and bagels are served each morning. There are numerous restaurants near each of our centers, and some popular ones are indicated on the Area Map in the Student Welcome Handbooks – these can be picked up in the lobby or requested from one of our ExitCertified staff. |

| How can someone reach me during class? |
|
| If someone should need to contact you while you are in class, please have them call the center telephone number and leave a message with the receptionist. |

| What is the substitution and cancellation policy? |
|
| |

For All Courses: |
| |
Student substitutions are accepted with at least two days' notice before the class begins, provided the substitute meets the course prerequisites or is approved by ExitCertified Management. If it is necessary for ExitCertified to reschedule a class, at least a two-week notice is normally provided. In the event of a cancellation, a full course refund is issued. |

For Non-Oracle Courses: |
| |
Fees paid will not be forfeited on reschedules (change to course, location or date). However, for reschedules made within 10 business days from the course start date, students must reschedule immediately for a current, published course, up to a maximum of six months from the original date. |

| |
A full refund will be issued for class cancellations made at least 10 business days before the course begins. Payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within 10 business days from the course start date and for No-Shows (students who do not attend class). |

Cancellation Conditions For Oracle Courses: |
| |
Cancel your registration 7 or more calendar days prior to the class start date --no cancellation charge. |
| |
|
| |
Cancel your registration 1-6 calendar days prior to the class start date --50% of the class fee cancellation charge |
| |
|
| |
Do not show up to the Oracle event, or cancel on the day of the event --100% of the class fee cancellation charge. |

| |
| What languages are used to deliver training? |
|
| Most courses are conducted in English, unless otherwise specified. Some courses will have the word "FRENCH" marked in red beside the scheduled date(s) indicating the language of instruction. |

| What if I have training credits? |
|
| ExitCertified honors all partner savings programs. We accept training credits and / or savings passes for Sun Microsystems, Symantec / Veritas, IBM, and MySQL. If you have any further questions not answered in the above links, please feel free to contact us for more details. |
