This is a basic course for data processing managers and other individuals who implement and manage security, system backup and recovery, system software, and problem determination. This course is not recommended for system operators.

You should complete:

System Operator Workshop for System i (S6229) or (AS240)
and have responsibility for the implementation of the security plan for your iSeries
and have responsibility for the implementation of the backup and recovery plan and system availability for your iSeries.
