This course introduces students to the new features and technical capabilities of BEA WebLogic Portal 10. Students will also become familiar with BEA’s Eclipse-based portal development environment, BEA Workshop for BEA WebLogic Platform 10.

In addition, this hands-on course also trains students who are already proficient in BEA WebLogic Portal 8.1 on the techniques and methodology used to ensure a successful upgrade to BEA WebLogic Portal 10. Students will use various tools to help upgrade existing portal servers, applications, and data.

Discuss the new features and capabilities of BEA WebLogic Portal 10
Describe the new Eclipse-based portal development environment, BEA Workshop for BEA WebLogic Platform 10
